Ingredients
- 4 cups cranberries (thawed if frozen)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup finely diced green apple
- 1/2 cup finely diced celery root
- 2 tablespoons beet horseradish
- Kosher salt
Instructions
- Pulse the cranberries with the sugar in a food processor until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the apple, celery root, horseradish and a pinch of salt. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
