Ingredients
- 3 ounces corn whiskey
- 2 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 1 ounce freshly-pressed corn juice
- 1 ounce agave syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1 strip lemon zest
- Ear of corn, for shaving
- Bitters, such as Angostura Bitters, for drizzling
Instructions
- Add the whiskey, lemon juice, corn juice, agave syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake for 20 seconds to emulsify, then add ice and shake again for another 20 seconds to chill.
- Strain into a pre-chilled wine glass or mug, then ‘cure’ the foam by twisting (then discarding) the lemon zest over the top of the drink.
- Shave a super-thin slice of corn from the cob. Garnish the drink with the corn slice and a drizzle of bitters for a classy, colorful presentation, or sprinkle loose kernels and bitters on top for a country-chowder effect.

I watched the show.. it really looked pretty simple if u have every ingr. I want to try to his one.. Yu could use any whiskey.. maybe rum. Which I have…
Not a bartender nor whiskey sour aficionado, but the corn juice sounded interesting! Made for myself and two others, added a touch more whiskey tbh. All three of us enjoyed it!
