Reviews
The breading fell right off. Should have used oil instead of butter.
amazing!
this was a great break from the old cube steak and aces on the gravy.
Great for parties, didn’t like the gravy much.
dont just cook with butter or it will burn. add just a swirl of evoo or veggie oil. It came out very good. i did not make the gravy.
simple & sublime
This recipe was easy enough to make and it took no time at all. It reminded me a lot of when I was a kid growing up. The gravy was a little different from what I was used to but still really good. My only trouble was that I used a round steak and my meat was so tough even after i tried to tenderize it. Use another type of beef and I am sure this would be a complete hit!
