You will never taste chicken with more flavor than this artichoke chicken. It melts in your mouth and is really delicious!

Ingredients

  1. 1 (15.25 ounce) can Del Monte® Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  2. 1 ½ cups halved cherry tomatoes
  3. ½ cup sliced green onions
  4. ¼ cup packed chopped fresh basil
  5. 2 tablespoons prepared balsamic vinaigrette
  6. ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine corn, tomatoes, green onions, basil and vinaigrette in a large bowl. Gently stir in feta.
  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
  3. Note: Recipe can be doubled.

simple but very tasty!

Really Good!! Made several times. I have the feta cheese on the side alone with avocado. Good with either added when served.
