This is something I simply fiddled with till it turned out as I liked it. I attempted it with jelly inside, but I was unable to taste it, so I simply chose to omit the jelly. Without it, the bananas still stay sandwiched between the bread. It’s also low in fat and incredibly delicious. Even syrup is not necessary.

Reviews
The recipe calls for 1 oz of cold brew coffee and a splash of soda water which is exactly what I used. I could not drink this. Too much lemon, too much mint, too much sugar and not enough liquid. The ratio of liquid to solids is way off. I tried adding more soda water but then the coffee flavor was totally lost. Too bad, it sounded good but it was not.
