Good taste and easy. If you want a hit of chocolate but you don’t want a big cookie, this is a nice size. It rolls out easily (between two pieces of wax or parchment paper). Don’t overbake since they are thin. I am planning to make rum balls and it calls for chocolate wafers. So, I saved 20 for that recipe. Just a simple little cookie.
