Cobb Salad with Ham

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups chopped lettuce
  2. 1 hard-boiled egg, thinly sliced crosswise
  3. 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  4. 1 Roma tomato, diced
  5. ½ avocado, cubed
  6. 2 slices deli ham, cut into bite-sized pieces
  7. 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
  8. 3 green onions, sliced
  9. 1 tablespoon blue cheese salad dressing, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Place lettuce on a dinner plate. Top with rows of hard-boiled egg, bacon, tomato, avocado, ham, blue cheese crumbles, and green onions. Drizzle with dressing.
  2. I use the green part of the onions because of personal preference but both white and green parts can be used.
  3. I love blue cheese so I use blue cheese dressing but you can use your own favorite dressing.
