Hubby favorite! I made half of the recipe so I would have enough for two people! Delicious

The first few bites were okay until I started eating more. This recipe calls for WAY too much sugar, two full cups?! That’s the equivalent of 400 GRAMS OF SUGAR. Eat half the serving amount and you just started off your day with 200 grams of sugar. Disgusting! That’s without adding syrup/chocolate chips (like I did.) After realizing, I nearly threw up my waffle. I will be more discerning from now on and look for recipes that DON’T scream unhealthy heart attack and diabetes. Stay well folks.

I used 1/3 cup coconut flour, and a handful off almond flour with extra vanilla and a little more sugar to taste. It was good. I wanted to use coconut oil, but it was rancid. I used a keto friendly recipe with almond flour that called for 2 tablespoons vanilla and it was delicious. I loved the recipe. I will try to sift the flour next time as another person suggested. It’s a great base recipe to use and adjust. Thank you

I tried this recipe and was really happy they turned out perfect

Only made 4.5 big waffles but they were delicious. I did melt the butter with the milk and then added the eggs once it started to cool rather than the eggs first. I also used Pam spray between each waffle.

Never made waffles before and these turned out great. Added some choc chips to a few, for a bit of a caramelised choc hit. Nice.

This was amazing! Best waffles ever!

Great recipe, I use salted butter instead of unsalted and skip the salt. I double the recipe, let them cool down and freeze them. From the freezer straight to the toaster and come out delicious, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside

They’re pretty good. I don’t think the baking powder amount is an issue but I will definitely cut the salt in half (maybe even more) next time.

Tried it today but substituted Vanilla extract with maple syrup because I didn’t have any and it went WELL! The family loved it 🙂

Turned out beautifully. I saw some reviews saying it tasted of baking soda. The recipe calls for baking powder, not soda.

I’ve worked in catering & food industry for decades! Decided to give this recipe a whirl! They were exceptional. Almost followed recipe to the letter, was out of milk but used evaporated. I think it gave it a creamy flavor! I’ll have to double it next time. Only made 4 Belgium waffles. Great recipe!!!

Truly scrumptious and easy to make.

OK, too much salt for my taste. It’s possible my cup is smaller, would prefer measurements in volume and weight rather than cups.
Duane Mitchell
Tasted amazing. The best I’ve ever had! I highly recommend this recipe.

Every bad review is complaining about the amount of baking *soda* in the recipe. THE RECIPE SAYS BAKING *POWDER*! While the recipe isn’t perfect it’s still good. My only critique is to add more sugar if you like a sweeter waffle (I added a tbsp on brown sugar and it still wasn’t sweet enough for us). The only issue I had was that the batter was runny, but I’m positive that’s because I used cake flour instead to get a crispier waffle. Please read a recipe thoroughly before starting and ESPECIALLY before giving it a bad review, because chances are, it’s your fault.

Perfect, crisp, soft, fluffy waffles! Served it with maple syrup, homemade whipped cream and maple flakes. Mmmmm. People really gotta start using baking POWDER as instructed, and not baking soda. I dont know how people are screwing these up, the recipe is perfect.
