Cincinnati chili? I don’t know what I do know is that it looks like canned dog food.( doesn’t taste much better. Hubby thought I was angry and tried to feed him dog food.. ( had to show him the recipe.) Way too much cinnamon. If you like a heavy cinnamon taste and don’t mind the looks of it- then give it a try. Definitely gonna stick to Chef Tyler’s recipe..the best!

I live in Cincinnati and love Skyline Chili. Have never found a recipe that compares. My husband loved it, too! Will definitely save and make again! So yummy!

You missed the cumin and cloves as well.   Only 2 tsp of chili powder?   Go to any Chili parlor in Cincinnati and then tell me how this measures up.   You totally tanked it.

GREAT Recipes… I added I full teaspoon  of cinnamon and a touch of nutmeg SOOO good! As far as authentic this is just like in Cincinnati Ohio….  Not sure where these others are from!  you are tops Sandra!

Nope. Just….  nope. I grew up on Cincinnati chili. It takes way longer than 30 mins to make a good homemade batch. This was a nope. Nope nope.

Sorry Sandra, but this isnt close to Cincinnati Chili. Had you billed it as a variation I might have given it more than one star. Way too much cinnamon and the consistency much too thick. At least Guy called his version Wierd Spaghetti…

Omg, this recipe was so good!! I was skeptical at first as I had never heard of chili w/pasta. I kept an open mind and loved it! We will definitely make it again.

I liked it a lot. I used ground turkey. After reading others’ reviews I decided just to sprinkle some cinnamon. It was easy to make. I also added the red beans at the end. It was delicious and I eat it without the pasta for a lean meal.

Honestly this recipe was terrible!!! I had to doctor it up (Spicy to make it halfway edible. Seriously, if I would have read the reviews I would have nixed this before the wife started buying the ingredients. Cincinnati should be ashamed to call this there own! Keep the cinnamon & cocoa for baking…..
