Ingredients
- 1 cup bottled ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- One 2-ounce jar pimentos, drained
- 3 cups small broccoli florets
- 1/2 stick celery, cut into three equal batons
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced thin
- 2 cups multicolored cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- Add the ranch dressing and basil to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and green. Transfer to a serving bowl and dot the pimentos on the top.
