This traditional chocolate cobbler is delicious and rich! It works well for get-togethers and potlucks. It’s quick, simple, and a hit every time. With ice cream on top, serve warm.

Ingredients

  1. ¾ cup powdered non-dairy coffee creamer
  2. ¾ cup confectioners’ sugar
  3. ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  4. ½ teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. Combine coffee creamer, confectioners’ sugar, and cocoa powder in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until blended. Pour peppermint extract in slowly, with the processor running, until evenly distributed.
  2. Transfer into small jars and seal with lids. Attach instructions that say “Add 2 tablespoons to a cup of hot coffee, hot chocolate, or steamed milk.”

This is a great idea. It was too much mint extract for me though. I would cut the mint in half next time. Thanks for the recipe.
