There is no cooking required, and this is the easiest gorgeous dessert you can make. For a wonderful presentation, I like to pipe the mousse into tiny shooter glasses. There is room for a small dessert for everyone! A nicer whipped cream will result by chilling the bowl and beaters.

Ingredients
- 1 ⅓ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ⅔ cup Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese KFT
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
- 1 tablespoon grated chocolate
Instructions
- Combine cream, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and cocoa powder in a large chilled bowl. Beat with an electric mixer with chilled beaters until stiff peaks form; set aside.
- Beat whipped cream cheese in a separate bowl until soft. Add 2 tablespoons powdered sugar gradually and beat until well combined. Mix in almond extract and beat until well incorporated. Fold the cream cheese mixture into the chocolate whipped cream until both are completely blended.
- Spoon or pipe mousse into small serving dishes. Top with grated chocolate.
- If you use shooter glasses, you’ll get about 8 to 10 servings, depending on the size of the glass.
- This mousse holds its texture well in the fridge, so feel free to make it several days prior to when you plan to serve it.

This was an awesome recipe! Easy to make, no cooking needed. I would use about 1/2 of the unsweetened cocoa required in this recipe…just my taste. I made some whipped cream as a topper when served. Awesome!
Good recipe. I would go easy on the cream cheese and add a bit of cocoa powder.
Super! Super fast, super easy, super good! Second time around I added fresh orange zest, makes a great recipe even better.
This recipe is amazing! I made a few minor flavor adjustments such as using pumpkin spiced cream cheese. Overall, this is a great recipe for kids and adults alike. Definitely kid approved.
