This came out great! I used 15 oz. semi-sweet chocolate and 1 oz. unsweetened to substitute for bittersweet, which I couldn’t find. I used coffee instead of liqueur. The sour cream must have helped to keep it smooth, and helped it mix easily. It was amazing and delicious, and not overly sweet. Great with bananas, strawberries, pound cake, marshmallows, and cheesecake. I’ll definitely make this every time I fondue! Thanks, Ted!

I wanted to make a quick and easy fondue for my holiday party and everyone was excited. I was quick and easy to make but I didn’t taste it before everyone had the chance to. It was bland and bitter and no one really ate it.
