Thank you ever so much, I had already purchased Ghirardelli dark chocolate wafers and I didn’t know how to use them for chocolate dipped donuts. Thanks for the recipe and getting me out of a clinch.

I made this today for a batch of donuts for both crème filled and custard filled. I used Ghirardelli 60% chocolate bar and this turned our simply amazing. It tasted wonderful and presented very well.

Amazing-I get rave compliments any time I top a dessert with this. I use 1/2 cup cocoa powder and the microwave. Super easy.

Too complicated, all you need is 3/4 c powder sugar, 1/4 c cocoa powder, 1.5 tbsp milk & 1/4 tbsp vanilla. Mix & done!

Corn Syrup!
bah humbug

Really easy to make and great tasting, too. But take note; sift the confectionary sugar. I didn’t and there were small lumps of the sugar that would NOT whisk out. But over all, I loved it!

I made this recipe today and it came out perfect. Light and fluffy and even better then store bought doughnuts. Whole recipe makes so many doughnuts and we are only two people. What I did. I made doughnuts with half of the dough and made a bread with the other half. It has little sweet and nutmeg flavor. I’ll definitely make it again.

Tasty. Yummy. Delicious. Awesome on doughnuts. Awesome to eat by the spoonful. I think it would go great on a Vanilla Bundt cake or pound cake. Easy to make. :-

Absolutly love this! I substituded the chocolate for 1/2 cup of cocoa and 4 tbsp. of sugar.

Wonderful recipe!!! The only change I made was, used semi-sweet choc. chips instead of bittersweet chocolate, and didn’t use any corn syrup.
