Only a few ingredients go into this quick and delicious smoothie. I use Mott’s® fresh-pressed apple juice for this recipe since it is lovely and thick. On top of that, I use raw blackberry honey.

Ingredients

  1. 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 (2.5 ounce) package chipped beef, chopped
  3. 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  4. 1 small onion, finely chopped
  5. 1 teaspoon celery salt
  6. 1 pinch paprika, or as desired

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, chipped beef, celery, onion, and celery salt together in a bowl; form into a ball. Sprinkle paprika over cheese ball.
  2. Chipped beef can be found in the cold-cut area of the grocery store.

Made as written and this turned out good. I really liked the crunch the celery gave it. Next time I will add some chopped black olives.
