Very tasty. I didn’t have the sesame seeds so I substituted everything bagel seasoning. Turned out fantastic.

This tasted good. I thought 1/4 cup butter was too much and only used 1/2 tablespoon to cook my topping. I cut the sugar by half, and I would prefer a ratio of less vinegar to oil. Overall it turned out fine, it’s just not my favorite recipe for this salad.

I used less than half the sugar. Chicken or shrimp or poached salmon can be added to this for a complete meal.

Great! The soy sauce is great and I used toasted sesame oil! Fabulous

This was awesome! I added 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds and only used a few tablespoons of sesame seeds, due to lack of them, browning them in 1/2 ghee & 1/2 olive oil. I substituted the vegetable in the dressing with sesame oil (which I do have a lot of currently). We had leftover chicken that I tossed in but with all of the flavor and crunch from the seeds & nuts, it isn’t needed. Definitely putting this into the rotation!

First time I made this as a diabetic friendly dish by subbing the sugar with Splenda. Was great and my husband couldn’t get enough. Now i have tweaked this recipe to be Keto friendly too by subbing the ramen noodle pack with chicken soup flavoring and added pork rind pieces right before serving.) I also added shredded chicken! ) I love being able to take a recipe and tweak it to my dietary needs and i know some people get annoyed at this but everyone want great recipes to add to their personal repertoire. Thanks All Recipes!#

I loved this recipe. There was a little too much dressing for the medium sized Napa cabbage I bought so I’ll simply buy more cabbage the next time I make it. Thanks for a great dish!

I thought this was a nice change of pace for a salad. I made the recipe exactly as written and added in leftover chopped chicken thigh meat. It was well balanced and loved the crunch bits.

I omitted the ramen seasoning .. for health reasons … still amazing

Delicious! Wouldn’t change a thing!

I made some changes to work with what I had in the fridge, used regular cabbage, added some fried mushrooms with shallots (done before the almonds , ramen, sesame) and it was delicious!

Great salad! It was a hit for Father’s Day dinner. I prepped the entire salad I’m the morning and then tossed it all together just before serving dinner, so it wouldn’t get soggy. I followed the recipe as written and then added water chestnuts and mandarin oranges. I only used half of the dressing so I will save it for another salad. Next time maybe cut the dressing portion of the recipe I half.

Really good! I used shredded purple cabbage because I wanted to use it up and followed reviewers recommendation to separate the cabbage and crunchies if you weren’t eating it all right away.

This is the BEST salad EVER!!!!!!!! My whole family LOVES it from the littlest to dad.

This was incredible and loved by everyone I served it to.

Added an entire rotisserie chicken (meat taken off bone of course) and cut the rice vinegar in half. YUMMY!!!

Unfortunately, I forgot to add the seasoning packet, to the dressing, but I liked the dressing anyway. Also I was distracted while browning the crunchies, and they were pretty we’re pretty dark, but OK. I really think this would be a great salad with some chicken added. I will make this again, but only when there are no distractions.

I followed the recipe exactly and loved this dish.

Made this recipe for this first time today and was very surprised how much I loved it. I had extra cabbage from another recipe and was searching for ways to use it and stumbled upon this recipe. The only changes I made was substituting honey for the sugar and adding grilled chicken. What a great lunch! The dressing is what makes this recipe. Don’t skip the sesame oil! Will definitely make again

We love this! The ramen-almond topping mixture is amazing! For 2 of us, I’ll only mix 1/2 of each thing — cabbage, crunchy mixture, dressing. Then we’ll save the rest in 3 separate containers to mix and eat another time.
