I really liked this recipe. Made it pretty much as is except that had to use créme fraîche. It was FANTASTIC. As a personal touch, I added 1/4 tsp of thyme and added the entire package of sliced mushrooms as I noticed they shrunk a lot. Served over pasta and was good. I added a few tablespoons of the pasta water to thicken and to help it stick to the pasta too. Will make this again and with other kinds of mushrooms for variety.
So easy and yummy! I followed the recipe exactly until the end, I thickened the sauce a smidge.
Followed the directions with one exemption; swapped white wine vinegar for white wine. Will use white wine next time…very tasty chicken dish that was easy to make.
Amazing! My wife and daughter loved it. Easy to ma ke, I liked the mushrooms on the bottom. And I used bacon.
Absolutely outstanding!
I baked it in a cast iron pot and it was amazing. I added onions and cut up small potatoes.
I would give this recipe 10 stars if I could. The sauce is amazing and the dish is 5star restaurant quality. I’m making it again today and will serve with garlic mashed potatoes which are wonderful with the sauce. I made no changes as it is perfect as is.
I thought this was very tasty. I couldn’t get the sauce thick but it still tasted really good. I will make it again. Works well for keto.
Took others suggestions and added mushrooms and onion at bottom of dish. Made sauce but wasnt thickening so added corn starch to sauce. Whole family enjoyed.
This dish is delicious, made it this evening. I did cover the dish in the oven as I do not like it when the mushrooms dry out. I found there was a lot of liquid, I brought the mixture to the boil and rendered it down until it thickened. I did not have prosciutto so I used bacon and removed the skin off the chicken thighs.
Excellent. I placed sliced onions, garlic and sliced mushrooms on bottom of pan. Placed 4 browned pounded chicken breasts on top and baked covered for 30 minutes. The sauce needs to be thickened. Definitely will cook this again!
Followed recipe exactly as it said. Cheese sauce came out a little thin, but very tasty! My family loved the dish! Next time I will cook down liquid before adding sour cream in order to make a thicker sauce. Otherwise a quick and easy meal.
Turned out great
SO easy and delicious. Everyone raved.
SO easy and delicious. Everyone raved.
I made this with boneless chicken breasts and Gouda cheese. I cooked it about 30 minutes. It was very good, chicken stayed moist. I served it with angel hair pasta and poured the sauce over it all.
Delicious, made this for my keto diet and by far one of my favourite keto recipes yet. Cheap, quick and easy to make and comes out so delicious. Only thing I changed was I used 1 tablespoon garlic instead of 2 only because that’s all I had. Next time I’ll use 2. Thank you for this recipe I’ll be making this again for sure.
Made it exactly as the recipe states and I loved it. I did use some cornstarch to thicken the sauce after it reduced. I will make this again. So easy!
Just yummy! I will make this again for sure. Added a little Boursin cheese under the ham.
Wonderful
Gross. Won’t make it again.
