The Titia Teolinda bakery in St. Michael, the Azores, makes delicious breads that resemble English muffins. Like pancakes, they are griddle-baked.

Took the advice of others and added some garlic, onion and nutmeg, Husband loved it but myself I added hot sauce on mine to give it a little zip, I would make it again.
I used a lot of the suggestions from Crystal S. The nutmeg was a very interesting addition. Served with steamed broccoli. New family favorite!
I made this tonight. Heaven is close by. Oh this is so good! I will admit that my contribution to tweaking the recipe is that I am sure I used more than 1/2 cup of Parmesan. I’m sure I did!
Great basic recipe; add Old El Paso Chopped Green Chiles (mild) and har of Diced Pimientos
Everyone loved!
We loved this. Very easy and fast to make. Followed the recipe pretty much except I used half& half instead of heavy cream and added a small sliced onion to the fresh mushrooms. Great flavor. Definitely will be making this again.
Good recipe. Consider adding more vegetables, like celery, carrots, zucchini. I would double the chicken
This was a delicious meal! The only 2 changes were substituting my favorite sweet Reisling for the sherry and substituting Asiago cheese for the Parmigiano-Reggiano. Can’t wait to make it again!
Delicious! Went by the recipe. Just seasoned the chicken when I cooked it. Will make again!!!
I like it a lot. I only used half the pasta; and I used fresh mushrooms. I thought it needed something else, so I threw in garlic powder and dried thyme. I will make it again!
I have made this so many times. I’m lactose intolerant so it’s nice to make this creamy sauce with lactose-free cream.
I made this to the directions and it was delicious. I added some pasta water to the final dish to increase the moisture content. It was sooo good. I can’t wait to make it again and try the fresh mushrooms, and add some additional cheese, and maybe use a lower fast milk.
This was very easy. Are use leftover rotisserie chicken and didn’t change the recipe at all. It was very very good
I thought it was very good. I added peas and used milk and not cream but still a great dish.
This was just OK, lacked a l lot of flavor. Next time I will add nutmeg, onion & use less butter for a healthier version.
I followed the directions mostly. Had to add flavor, but this was a great guide.
Excellent recipe, nice and easy. I did add 2 pieces of bacon to the recipe, fabulous!
Doubled it. Cooked fresh mushrooms & garlic in butter. Also, I baked my chicken with lots of seasonings on 350 for 20 minutes then diced it. It was delicious.
Really good. I used sautéed fresh mushrooms instead of canned, and I added some blanched broccoli. Delicious and complete meal
I added 1/2 cup yellow chopped onion, and 3 cloves minced garlic and sautéed them in the butter, prior to mixing in the flour. Really added a lot of flavor to the dish and everyone LOVED it!
My daughter and I love this! I didn’t change a thing. Tastes just like my Mom’s recipe. This will be a regular entree in our home. Thank you for sharing!
