It wasn’t spicy enough for our taste. You could add more spices and use thigh meat to add more flavor and kick it up a notch.

Perfect and easy, tender and delicious! I made a really large batch exactly as written, for a family get together. Everyone loved it. There was a little left today and my nephew went looking for it- and then he asked me how to make it. I will make this again for sure.

I made these with fresh corn tortillas. Fried them lightly to a crisp, drained them on a paper towel and made crispy chicken tacos. I added cilantro, lime, guacamole and salsa.

We made this recipe as stated and it tasted great! Yes, there was extra liquid in our crock pot but we feel it kept the chicken moist. When eating, we just let the chicken drip a little before building our taco. Next time I make it, I feel that with the juices in my crock pot, I could cook an extra piece or two of chicken and we’d be fine. I know my boys could eat the extra chicken.

Tasty and easy to make. I add chopped green chili’s to add some umph! Served on romaine lettuce leafs.

Very easy and excellent taste. I double the recipe as it is nice to have extra for the week. McCormick Low Sodium Taco works very well and does not add a lot of salt to the tacos.

Kind of bland if you do the recipe as posted. I suggest going through the comments for additional suggestion to give this one a bit of a flavor boost

This was an easy recipe to make and was edible but I found it was pretty lacking in flavor.

I will definitely be making this again. I only added two tablespoons of the taco seasoning because I had the jar and not the package. I put two frozen chicken breasts in with a cup of chicken broth and seasoning into a small 2 Qt crock pot on low and it was ready by the time I came home from work. It smelled amazing. It it turned out really good, but on the mild side since I didn’t add a lot of seasoning. I might add a little more next time.

I didn’t make any changes – just made a huge batch for a grad party. It was wonderful! I’ve been asked for the recipe quite a few times.

As so many others have stated, this is a simple recipe that tastes fantastic! The only addition was a can of Rotel. Topped tacos with shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese and salsa, and served alongside Mexican rice.

Was so easy. Just ok for us. Not bad, not excellent. Used two packets as I had put in four med/small chicken breasts. Shredded in my kitchenaid mixer, which is a great trick. May have liked better if I added salsa to it like some or other additions.
