Reviews
I loved making this dish and my family enjoyed it as well
I really liked the sauce although i had to thin it out also, like the other reviewers. The allspice on the chicken was horrific though. It was grainy and odd tasting. I might just marinate the chicken in a little soy sauce and call it a day next time.
This was delicious! My family couldn’t get enough. The chicken was very good. I noticed that the peanut sauce turned out a bit thick, but I used more chicken broth to thin it down a bit. Sunny, my family thanks you.!
I had the same problem with the peanut sauce and fixed it perfect! At 7:30pm on a school night with hungry kids, I didn’t have time to start over and knew they wouldn’t eat the super thick unattractive sauce either. I put the sauce in the food processor and poured in very hot water while pulsing the processor. It came out so good and my kids LOVED it!
Exactly what I was looking for!
sauce turned out too thick and adjusting didnt help either. it wasnt as good as i thought it was going to be…
Very good. The peanut sauce was a little hard to nail though. I kept adjusting it, until it got a little too runny and I thickened it; bad idea, it turned out way too rich, should have left it alone and not fussed so much over it, my fault.
I didnt think i was going to like it as much as did after it was cooked. It was very thick but VERY easy. I added a bit more lime and water but it was still very thick!
I MAY make this again but will probably try some others even if they require a bit more effort and ingredients.

Yummy and easy! I added some more liquid because I thought it was to thick but other than that it was good. I also left out the spicy ingredients because I have kids…they gobbled it up!
Delicious! And very easy too! I used trader joes peanut butter, the one with the natural oils that settle on top, I think a more natural peanut butter is best for this recipe since it has its oils so it won’t dry out. I followed the directions and the peanut sauce was perfect consistency for dipping
