If you have any leftover stuffing, try making waffles with it to give it a little more crunch. You’ll need 2 cups of leftover stuffing that has been prepared in accordance with the instructions on the package, some chicken or turkey stock, seasonings, and one egg. Put everything into a rectangular waffle iron after stirring it all together. Although you might need to prepare two batches, you can do it with a round waffle iron.

Just as described easy and delicious. I’ve made it twice once the full recipe and once cutting in half. The full recipe is way to much for 2 people. We froze half the full recipe, which was just as good when reheated.
Unfortunately, I won’t be making this again. Way too much creamy filling, and lacking flavor. I recommend cutting the mayo and cream in half, and adding some dijon mustard to give it more punch. Some family members couldn’t eat it. So sorry.
The only change was; I used frozen broccoli florets. I thought the recipe was very easy and tasted great.
Non faddy Keto would be much better. Keto is life threading and dangerous. Am so astonished and dismayed such recipes are allowed and it is encouraged. Shameful.
This is a very good recipe. Very flavorful. I make one similar but I make my cheese sauce with condensed milk and I add rice to the dish so it feeds more. Love using rotisserie chicken. It cuts your work in half.
Delicious and easy to make. I adjusted it for 2 of us, using 4 skinned thighs that I diced and cooked beforehand. I put 1 head of broccoli florets on the bottom and added the 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, a tsp or 2 of chicken stock, 1 cup freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese and some pepper that I’d mixed. I cooked it in an 8×8 casserole dish, 30 mins – yum!
The one cup of mayo made me gag! As a condiment, Im not sure it was meant to be the primary ingredient. In the end, the mayonnaise was the dominant taste… Not what I expected or wanted.
This could potentially be great, but it tasted like a mouthful of salt. The chicken soup base I used overpowered the whole thing. I think if I use a teaspon instead of a tablespoon, it might turn out.
This is my family’s favorite dinner recipe! I have never made it with dill, since I didn’t have any. I have also tried using half & half instead of the heavy whipping cream and it works, but the ingredients do not blend as well with the half and half.
Too much dill for me. I won’t make it again, but for those of you trying it, you may want to cut the dill in half.
Basic recipe is terrific. The changes I made to accommodate my lactose challenges. I substituted coconut cream for whipping cream and Chobani full fat yogurt for the mayo. I didn’t have fresh broccoli, so I used frozen. I had a ton of fresh basil, so added a half cup of fresh and used Parmesean/Romano grated cheese. This recipe is very accommodating.
I added a large can of mushrooms to the chicken and broccoli.
Low carb deliciousness!
Great recipe that allows for changes based on preferences! I added crumbled bacon and used blue cheese/cheddar cheese. I will definitely be making again!
Instead of chicken soup base I subbed 3 bouillon cubes dissolved in a few tables of water. This was delicious.
Super easy, super quick, super taste, super keto. This is a weekly go-to recipe. Love it!
Great recipe for Keto diet. I substituted Italian herbs for the dill (personal taste) and added a bit of garlic salt and onion powder. 45 minutes total cooking time was enough.
I made this for dinner today and it was great! My family loves it. I had to make adjustments due to my many food allergies. I substituted unsweetened yogurt for the mayo and omitted all spices. (I can’t have them) so my base consisted of broccoli, yogurt, cheese and heavy cream but it was still amazing. I had to cook my chicken separately for allergy reasons as well. My family just added theirs into the dish. Definitely making this again. I can only imagine how great this would be with the regular ingredients.
Just starting the Keto lifestyle. This recipe was a hit with most of the kiddos too. Can’t please everyone! With just pepper and dill, the sauce was a bit bland. Next time, I’ll add some garlic and onion powders to the sauce and see where it goes. The kids enjoyed helping to make this, as it is an easy recipe.
Holy mother of God! This is incredible. Bought an Oven Stuffer rotisserie chicken which my local supermarket sells instead of just the smaller 33oz rotisserie chickens it was 55oz. I therefore added proportionally extra heavy cream, mayo, and FRESH organic dill. Yowzers! It melts in your mouth.
My husband was blown away by this one, and so was I! We literally licked our plates clean!! HAHA! WOW. I will be making this at least once a week or every other week for the rest of our lives! LOL YUM!!!
