Does she really mean to form them 1/4” thick? Surely not. The cube of cheese would be at least 1/4” thick, wouldn’t it?
Just like these cheese burgers & pretty much everything Trisha makes is wonderfully prepared & the result is even better. I hate to admit but I can’t name 1 song she sings but I think she’s the best thing going on TV Food Network & my family & I have been watching TVFN since day 1!!!
These were easy and delicious!!!
I was making cheese stuffed hamburgers when I cooked at Sambo’s back in the 1970’s!Put the cheese in & cook then cover with stripes of cheese.
Absolutely loved these burgers and I love pepper jack cheese in mine and mozzarella too !! Love you Trisha ! You are fun to watch and no one sings like you !!!

I’m so bad at cooking and when I did this my kids and my daughter in law (a daughter to me) love them so much that I had to do another 2 batches for them to take to their home. Just try it and you will be hook on Trisha’s cooking. It was so good that I bought one of her recipe books.
