Ingredients

  1. 5 fresh mint leaves, plus additional for garnish
  2. 1 ounce lemon juice, plus lemon slices for garnish
  3. 3/4 ounce elderflower liqueur, such as St. Germain
  4. 2 1/4 ounces bourbon, such as Young & Yonder
  5. Dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Add the mint to a cocktail shaker and muddle, if desired. Add the lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, bourbon, bitters and ice to the shaker. Shake well. Add 1 large ice cube and a lemon slice to a coupe glass. Strain the cocktail over the ice. Garnish with a mint leaf.
