Ingredients
- 1 pint yellow cherry tomatoes (as small as possible)
- 1 pint red cherry tomatoes (as small as possible)
- 2 blocks fresh mozzarella, preferably mozzarella di bufala (cubed)
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- Balsamic vinegar
- salt
Instructions
- On decorative toothpick skewer one cherry tomato, a basil leaf and a cube of mozzarella. Serve with varieties of marinated olives, sliced Italian meats and breadsticks.
