Thank you for so many wonderful ideas

I have to say, I’d read some recipes and was intrigued by campari. Then I went and spent $30 bucks on something I’d never tried. The first cocktail I made with it, I really didn’t like. Then I made this one and I actually really loved it. It’s refreshing, delicious and now I see why people say they like the taste of Campari. Thanks!

an Aperitivo is designed to awaken the palate – this cocktail does exactly that!! Yum!

A little pricey to make, and has to grow on the taste pallet. It was good, but a little strong.

This is not too sweet, not too sour, just right!! In the Va heat during a croquet match, this disappeared very quickly. A definate keeper

Really nice summer afternoon drink. (I stir a shot of rum in the pitcher–just to add something different!)
