Pizza Ranch is a real thing in the Midwest. I would love to say I invented it, but I can’t take the credit…but with the addition of the funky and spicy Calabrian chile, I definitely perfected it!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons crushed Calabrian chile flakes
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
- 1/3 teaspoon kosher salt, or more as needed
- 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or more as needed
Instructions
- Mix the mayonnaise, buttermilk, Calabrian chile flakes, garlic, dill, honey, salt, mustard and pepper in a bowl. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Use for drizzling over a slice of pizza.
