Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 5 large fresh strawberries, or as needed
- 2 ounces Neufchatel cheese, softened
- 1 ½ tablespoons low-calorie natural sweetener (such as Swerve®)
Instructions
- Place strawberries in a blender and blend until pureed. Measure out 3 tablespoons strawberry puree and set aside. Save the rest, if any, for another use.
- Combine butter, Neufchatel cheese, and sweetener in a blender and blend until smooth. Add strawberry puree and blend until fully incorporated.
- A food processor can be used in place of blender.
