Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  2. 1 par-baked pizza dough
  3. 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  4. 1/2 cup shaved pecorino cheese
  5. 1/4 cup fresh mozzarella
  6. 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  7. 1 egg
  8. 3 to 4 pieces prosciutto
  9. 4 to 5 fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. 
  2. Spoon the pizza sauce atop the pizza dough, followed by the tomatoes and cheeses. Crack the egg in the middle. Bake until the cheese is bubbling and the crust darkens, about 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and scatter the prosciutto and basil leaves on top.
