My kids who have diversified pallets really enjoyed the trifle .

Very tasty. I normally don’t prefer sweet grits, but with the tomatoes, cheese, etc. It turned very good. I’m a grits person, so I liked it. My friend liked it. My only thing is when I make this again, I’ll likely sub bacon in lieu of the sausage. I think bacon would taste better.

This is a great and easy breakfast!! For those of you who do not like grits…try them in this recipe! I am not a fan either and love grits in this recipe. I made my own turkey sausage and used egg beaters. This is great have made this several times and love it every time!!

This looks great! Just saw this episode for the first time. I don’t eat pork, so I will use turkey sausage. Sounds like a real keeper, and I can’t wait to try it.
As for the negativity of some, it’s ok not to like somebody, but you don’t have to watch the show. You can always get recipes right off the site instead. I was a little ‘surprised’ the first time I saw the Neeleys, but now I love their fun and exuberance, and their love for each other is so obvious and uplifting.

I will first say I love the show! If you do not like the show then simply do not watch it, but to post a negative comment about someone’s personality is simply not appropriate. I can not wait to make this recipe. Luckily, I have a man that almost eats anything so we are regular watchers of any show on Food Network. Thank you, thank you, there have been a many of days you two have saved me by making something special.

Wow this dish has all of my favorite things! Can’t wait to get this one going. I absolutely LOVE YOUR SHOW and the recipes you make are awesome!!! Thanks Neelys for a wonderful and tasty show you rock! 😉

This is a great recipe! I love Pat and Gina Neely! They are devoted to each other and very much in love. They love what they are doing and they are happy. Think back to kindergarten please and if you do not have something nice to say, then don’t say it at all. Thank you Neely family for all of your wonderful recipes!

First of all, thank you Neelys, this is so YUMMMMMMMMMMMY. My family loved it and there wasn’t a bite left.
Second, those of you like Julie adding negativity to this board about these wonderful people…1) DON’T watch their show, no one forces you, 2) Don’t read their recipes, again no one forces you, and 3) Keep your negativity to yourself…no one here wants it!

Gina, Pat, and their wonderful family are in love, full of love, show so much love, and keep love flowing. I LOVE IT and WE LOVE THEM. NEVER STOP being who you are NEELY family!!! WE LOVE YOU here in this house!!! xxxxxxxxxx

I haven’t tried the recipe, but I will. My comment is about the idiots who have something negative about the hostess, Gina. Don’t be jealous that she has a husband that loves her AND…they’re on TV. I thought the comments should be about the recipe, but instead it seems like it’s bashing Gina. I don’t know them, but would love to know them. One of the rare times you see a happy couple, that looks sincere, not phony. People who had negative comments must not be accustomed to what ‘real love’ looks like. If your issue is what appears to be a happy couple, then you should go watch a Lifetime movie instead or something. it’s just the dumbest thing and I had to say something.

I’m done. I wish the Neeley’s all the best.

I saw the negative comment and all I can say is I thank the Lord for the Neely’s show, Paula Deen and all the others. They work hard to bring recipes we can prepare for our family.
I believe if we can’t say something nice then don’t say nothing at all. Too much bad going on in the world now days and we must get along here on earth.
