  1. 2 tablespoons butter
  2. 1 cup toasted chopped walnuts
  3. 2/3 cup brown sugar
  4. 1 cup heavy cream
  5. 5 tablespoons bourbon
  6. 3 tablespoons milk
  7. 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the walnuts, stirring constantly. Add the brown sugar and cook until melted. Remove from the heat and carefully add the bourbon.
