Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups light cream
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Blend blueberries in a food processor (or mash them really well in a bowl).
- Mix cream and condensed milk together in a bowl; mix in blended blueberries.
- Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions, about 20 minutes. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
- I used an ice cream maker, but this can also be done in a bowl left in a freezer that you mix every 20 minutes.

Reviews
Very good flavor! I didn’t have a ice cream maker so blended it a little then stirred a few times while freezing. Had a little ice crystal texture but still very tasty and a hit with the guests! Will definitely make it again.!
I made this in my Ninja Creami and it is delicious! Thanks for the recipe!
