Ingredients

  1. 2 cups blueberries
  2. 1/4 cup sugar
  3. 1/4 cup water
  4. 12 crepes, room temperature

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan combine 1 cup blueberries, sugar and water. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Many berries will begin to burst and syrup should thicken. Add remaining cup of berries and allow them to heat through.

This was a quick and easy recipe. It tasted good. My family really liked it. However, it never thickened the way I had hoped. It was really runny. I would have preferred something thicker.

This recipe has just the right amount of sweetness to it. Just add a little whipped cream on top of your crepe and it’s absolutely delicious! Even better, this recipe is extremely easy and quick. Make your crepes ahead of time…
