A chocolate biscuit that is delicious, crispy, and very simple to create. When using bright candies for the occasion, it becomes a hit in bake sales.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Almond Breeze Vanilla or Cashew Almond Blend almondmilk
  2. ½ cup white sugar
  3. ½ cup flour
  4. ¼ cup butter, melted
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  6. ¼ teaspoon salt
  7. 4 eggs
  8. 3 cups fresh blueberries
  9. ½ teaspoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and butter a 9-inch oven-safe skillet or baking dish. Puree all ingredients except blueberries and powdered sugar in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into skillet and top with blueberries. Bake for 40 minutes or until center is set and top is lightly browned.
  3. Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar.
