Blackberry Slushie

A potent iced coffee recipe from Vietnam that includes sweetened condensed milk. This is the best Southeast Asian treat ever when it is chilled on ice. This will appeal to even those who only drink black coffee. Serve it as a refreshing evening treat or on hot summer days. This is a Vietnam-taught skill that we now use to consume practically all of our espresso.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup frozen blackberries
  2. ⅓ cup cold orange juice, or as needed

Instructions

  1. Combine blackberries and orange juice in a blender; blend until smooth.
  2. Don’t use too much orange juice or you’ll end up with a smoothie instead of a slushie.
