This was a very simple recipe. I’ve made it twice once with fresh frozen and once with fresh berries. Both turned out delicious this will definitely be my go to blueberry cobbler recipe.
Delicious dessert. Served it with vanilla ice cream. Added some cinnamon to filling and crust. Crust sort of melted into the filling, didn’r puff up as much as the picture. But it was absolutely delicious.
Easy and delicious
Crust is too cake like
I just ‘liked’ this cobbler. Cinnamon is not included in the ingredients list. But it is mentioned in the video. Just a personal preference but we prefer a bit more batter. All together is was good just not as good as we were expecting.
Made it vegan and gluten free with flax egg, vegan butter, and Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 gluten free flour. It was delicious, perfect. “Vegan” recipes are too much, it’s better just to take normal recipes and substitute ingredients.
It was nothing special. Seemed a little blah but it may just have been the blueberries. I added some cinnamon. It was very easy and quick to put together. You could use several types of berries together.
Berry very good! I substituted a little lemon juice for the orange juice
The best cobbler recipe I have made. The dough is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. I added an extra tablespoon of sugar and about one teaspoon of cinnamon to the blueberries. Also used pineapple orange juice instead of regular OJ. We all enjoyed this very much! Highly recommend served warm with vanilla ice cream.
First time making this recipe. I used blackberries instead of blueberries! Will taste tomorrow at church! Sure looks delicious!
Just made this for a pot luck I used half the OJ like many suggested, and definitely added the cinnamon in both the blueberry mixture and the topping. I have to say this is delicious!! It’s easy to make, fast and you’ll most likely have all the ingredients in your fridge. Thank you for posting.
I used 4 cup blueberries, upped the orange juice and sugar in the blueberry portion. Then added 1 Tablespoon cornstarch. This is a great recipe the orange juice makes for a unique taste. My husband loves it and it doesn’t have so much breading on top.
Very delicious. Next time, I’ll use smaller dollops of batter to try to cover the whole top… Served with cinnamon ice cream homemade from local farm stand. Incredible!!
It was perfect!
I just made this today for 4th of July celebration…. I added some cinnamon to both the blueberries and batter mixture, it just seems a good thing to add. It’s still in the oven so hold tight for results
I loved this so much! I am a great fan of biscuit-topped cobblers, and I especially like that there was no cinnamon or other spices to overpower the blueberry flavor. Most cobblers are just too runny, so I couldn’t believe that the filling on the bottom wasn’t too juicy; it was just right for me. Great recipe. I will definitely be making this again and sharing with friends!
This is the first cobbler I have ever made, and it was delish! Hubby was impressed and had seconds. I added cinnamon to the berries, and it was fantastic. I also mixed 1/2 OJ and 1/2 lemon juice.
Hands down, this is the best cobbler recipe I have ever made. Most cobblers call for lemon zest/lemon juice but this recipe uses OJ instead which gives it great flavor. Using cinnamon is a must for this recipe. It adds so much flavor. I’m in hog heaven!!!
This was very easy to make and everyone thought it was fantastic. I will be adding this to my collection.
i won a dessert contest with this recipe..it is great..i serve with whipped cream or cool whip
Very good. Delicious buttery cookie crust. With vanilla ice cream!
