Berry Mint Salad

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup fresh strawberries
  2. 1 cup fresh raspberries
  3. 1 cup fresh blueberries
  4. 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  5. 1 teaspoon orange juice
  6. 1 banana, sliced
  7. 1/4 cup maple syrup
  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Place the strawberries, raspberries and blueberries in a medium glass bowl. Add mint leaves and orange juice and toss. Place fruits in serving bowls and place bananas slices on top.

What do you do with the maple syrup and vanilla??

yanay says this has good texure; a fruit salad texture is dependant on the quality of the fruit! I agree, this is not a recipe. Anyone can put fresh fruit together. Duh! Ingrid still cannot cook. Please FN, get her off the air!!!
