This cocktail was delicious! If the seeds/puree is too much, simply strain the fruit puree before adding it to the glass. I make strawberry lemonade in a very similar way, and I prefer the texture if the blended strawberries are strained in order to remove seeds and fibers.
The consistency was very mushy..Couldn’t get passed the seeds…Pretty but not good…I would rather have one strawberry…
How do you get past the chuncky? Too many strawberry seeds and mushy in the glass. It sounds better than it actually is. More pretty than it tastes too.
Thanks but no thanks.
Thanks but no thanks.
Delightful and refreshing. Recipe simple and quick with a greatway to keep it chilled without ice.
MY DAUGHTER PREPARED IT FOR OUR GUESTS, BUT SOME OF THEM DO NOT DRINK ANY ALCOHOL; THEREFORE, SHE SUBSTITUTED THE PROSECCO FOR A WHITE GRAPE-CHERRY JUICE FROM COSTCO. IT WAS DELICIOUS! I WOULD STILL WANT TO PREPARE IT AS IT WAS INTENDED, BY FOLLOWING ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS USING THE PROSECCO IT LOOKS VERY FANCY, AND YUMMY.
Very easy and fun drink. Looks elegant and tastes great. Will make again.
AWESOME berry drink! Be careful – don’t drink too much! 🙂
