i think this is a very healthy delicious dish, i lowered the spicy factor because we have 2 little ones that eat with us, i am serving this as a side dish for tacos which my 3 year old loves thank you so much for an awesome recipe
This recipe is very easy to make and quite good. I recommend adding half of a chopped green pepper for extra flavor, along with a couple pinches of salt. I also served over brown rice to make it healthier. Will definitely be cooking this again!
I found that by adding sea salt to help break down the tomatoes and add a little extra flavor. I also adjusted the spices to taste. Very Good.
This blew my old beans and rice recipe away. It’s spicy, but not too spicy. I served it over brown rice to make it healthier. I highly recommend this if you want a quick and tasty dinner.
I served this at a dinner party and I would just rate it as ok. I thought it came out a little dry…I would also add a little more spice…it seemed kind of bland. I don’t know that I would make this again.
