Reviews
This is good, but it is what I would call pear sauce, not butter. It has the consistency of applesauce, and we ate it as a side dish for dinner. I was hoping for a spread for toast. As is, my DD8 loved it!
Ingredients added were a tablespoon of lime juice and a little water. After using the food processor on the pears; added the water and sugar to pan. I cooked for ten minutes. Cooled returned to processor and added back to the pan; then added cinnamon and lime. Cook until thick, about 10 minutes.
Did exactly as described. It has great flavor, but came out rather on the runny side. Not sure what to do to get it to stand up more.
