This recipe is really amazing! It baked in the oven for 15 minutes, and when I took it out it was perfect! It cooled very quickly and is delicious! 5 stars!

A fine recipe that made everyone in the house happy.

I followed this recipe EXACTLY as it’s written & baked them for 20 minutes and they are honestly the best homemade muffins I’ve ever had. Not too sweet and they have great flavor. I had no problems with runny dough or needing to bake them any additional time. They came out of the muffin liners with nothing left behind. Will be a regular in our home!

These are awful! The people giving good reviews have changed the recipe! That’s not cool. I wish I would have read the reviews before making these. All of the chocolate chips sunk to the bottom. I had to bake them longer than it said. And they are not a good texture at all. If I could do a negative stars I would!

I made this today but changed a few things. The batter tasted too floury so I added a teaspoon of vanilla and a large pinch of additional sugar. I also added a cup of chopped strawberries! Baked for the full 20 min and they are fabulous!

I was looking for an easy chocolate chip muffin and this recipe was very simple to follow. I’m an experienced baker, but I stick to cookies and cakes only. Muffins, cupcakes, and breads are somewhat difficult for me to make and I don’t know why. I love how these turned out and I’m just waiting for them to cool off before biting into one. Thank you for this recipe.

Easy to follow recipe and they cake out so great. I loved this recipe. My first time baking and I have to say it doesn’t get any easier.

Was hoping for fluffy muffins not spongy muffins. Not to mention it took an hour to bake. If I makes these again I will definitely have to adjust the recipe.

I cannot believe ppl say it is watery! Maybe they aren’t using a liquid measuring cup for the milk? My two kids loved these and so did I! We recently went on a Disny cruise where my son had Chocolate chip muffins with breakfast every single day. I promised him I would find a recipe when we returned and the first batch I tried was the bomb! These should make great hits for play dates and breakfast when company is in town! Thank you!!!

I love this recipe!!! I’ve made it over 5 times. I added blueberries instead of chocolate chips. You can also add a teaspoon of cinnamon and you can make cinnamon muffins.

I did as some others suggested, and made it with 2 cups of flour and a tablespoon of baking powder. I also added a mashed banana. They did not brown, even though I put them in for a longer time then the recipe called for. I think the muffin had a good flavor, but the chocolate overpowered everything. If I ever make this again, I will cut the chocolate in half and bake it at a higher temperature.

The recipe should be revised, if you follow the instructions of baking at 350 for 20 minutes, they aren’t even close to done. Try 400 for 20 minutes as other reviews suggest. You shouldn’t have to rely on reviews to make the recipe properly. The flavor is fine, nothing special. I star rate this at 1 based on the idea that the instructions are incorrect with baking times and temperatures. That’s the entire point of a recipe!

I love this recipe. I like to add cinnamon instead of chocolate chips. It turns out great for me. I not sure what other people’s problems are with it.

Best muffins ever! My two year old helped make them, and needless to say we’ll have to make these again soon!

These turned out terrific! I did use the suggested changes of 2 cups flour, 1cup sugar and vanilla. I also topped them after baking with melted butter and a mixture 3tbsp white sugar & 2tbsp brown sugar sprinkled on top.
