Barbequed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  1. 8 (8-ounce) pork tenderloins
  2. 3 ounces olive oil
  3. 3 ounces Rathbun Family Rub, recipe follows
  4. 2 ounces granulated garlic
  5. 2 ounces granulated onion
  6. 1-ounce cayenne pepper
  7. 1/2-ounce white pepper
  8. 1-ounce black pepper
  9. 4 ounces salt
  10. 4 ounces paprika
  11. 3 ounces brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Rub tenderloins with oil and season with barbeque rub. Let marinate for about 1 hour. Grill until desired temperature is reached, medium rare is best (145/150 degrees.)
  2. Mix ingredients together and store in dry container.

I find this recipe to salty. other then that it was pretty good. Next time i’ll halve the salt.
