Reviews
Fantastic; I’ve used chicken thighs as well–more flavor; I also add kale and/or spinach towards the end of cooking; freezes well;
This is a fabulous recipe! Full of flavor and easy to prepare. I do miss the “Spice Goddess” show.
I always use more yogurt because the sauce is wonderful. Chicken stays moist even though it’s the lean breast.
My husband and I really enjoyed this. Love all the flavors and I used my own combo of Garam masala. I used chicken thighs instead of breasts and served with naan. My kids were not as keen on it, just too much flavor for them. They mostly ate the rice and naan and veg. I’d make it again for sure.
This is such a great and easy recipe. I made this all the time and it’s always a hit! It’s so healthy too. A must try!
