If you’ve never tried them, baked grits take on an almost custardy, almost cakey texture and they couldn’t be easier to prepare. We kept it simple and simply added a little bit of scallion, but you could add your favorite cheese, cooked and crumbled bacon or sausage, or herbs.

Super fast and easy. Very creamy and smooth. I added a jalapeño to kick it up a bit.
