Ingredients
- 1 baked potato
- 1 teaspoon shredded Cheddar
- 1 teaspoon sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon cooked, chopped bacon
- Chopped fresh chives, for sprinkling
Instructions
- Cut off the small end of the baked potato and top with the Cheddar, sour cream, bacon and chives. (Reserve the remaining potato for another use.)
