Will be a staple now in our house! I only baked two in a one cup Pyrex custard cup filling halfway and put the rest of the batter in the frig. Baking times will vary based on size, I baked 30 minutes and felt it needed a bit more time so tonight I baked two more and baked 35 minutes and they were perfect. I still have enough batter for two smaller servings. With only two of us, this is manageable, I bet the batter can also be frozen, maybe I’ll try it out next time.

Easy, quick and came out PERFECTLY!  It was a huge hit.  As one friend said, don’t look any further, this is the best chocolate dessert ever!  This will become one of my go to chocolate desserts!  The name is perfect too, it truly is baked fudge!

I make this all the time, it’s become a staple desert in my home. My daughter has looked forward to this for the past five years or so. When she came home two days ago and saw it on the stove she screamed “you made fudge? YES!!!! Lol. She’s 21

This is so easy to make and taste delicious.  Perfect timing to treat myself and my family homemade dessert during Covid 19.  Stay home and stay safe.
