Baked brie often uses sweet fruit jams or preserves. This version is topped with tart, fresh cranberries and a mixture of honey, garlic and herbs. Bake until warm and gooey before serving with toasts, crackers or crudite.

Instructions
- Combine 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cranberries, 1 1/2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon each chopped thyme and rosemary and 1 minced garlic clove in a medium bowl. Slice off the top rind of a small wheel of brie; top with the cranberry mixture. Bake in a small dish at 375 degrees F until slightly runny, 10 to 15 minutes.
