Ingredients
- 16 baby red potatoes
- 8 pieces thick-cut bacon, halved
- 3 teaspoons barbecue seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 2/3 cup store-bought ranch or blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F, ensuring that a rack is placed in the upper third of the oven. Line a baking tray with foil.
- Wrap each potato in half a piece of bacon. Use toothpicks to secure the bacon.
- Sprinkle with the barbecue seasoning, then bake until crisp, 18 to 20 minutes.
- Garnish with the parsley and serve with the dressing on the side.

Not remotely done, we had to cook them at 400° for just under an hour! And that was with halving the baby potatoes, so not a clue how anyone is serving them in 20 min. Absolutely delicious but definitely plan for them to take much longer!
