Ingredients
- 2 avocados, cut in half and pitted
- Juice of 5 lemons
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 serrano chiles, seeded
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl mash the avocados with the lemon juice. In a blender combine the avocado and all of the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour the dressing into an airtight container and allow to mellow in the refrigerator for one day.

I thought this was an “Avocado Dressing”. Way too much lemon. Change the recipe name to “Lemon Dressing”.
