Asian Style Soy Burger

Jake, my son, and I made this soup together, and he added his own special charm. Enjoy this substantial soup that has flavors of creamy garlic and crisp, roasted broccoli. Use warm bread bowls to serve your food!

Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoons Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
  2. 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  3. 4 green onions, thinly sliced (plus extra for garnish)
  4. ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  5. ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  6. 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
  7. 1 pound favorite ground beef mixture

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients with ground beef* in a bowl and mix well. Shape burger patties and grill burger following your favorite method.

Loved this! The flavor combo is excellent except that I would cut back on the ginger next time. Top burgers with Asian style slaw and a little bit of Sriracha and you are in for a treat.
