It was delicious! I was hesitant in making this because my youngest was tired of the same old steamed green beans, but she said it was delicious and to make it again.
This is my favorite side dish recipe! I don’t usually have a bottle of white open, so I use a little chicken stock instead. Tastes fantastic! I’m always buying green beans and feta at Costco, and need to find ways to actually use them all! I make this at least once a week.
As written, it was not tasty enough for me. The feta added taste, but then the feta taste was overpowering. I added things, but never really got it to a flavor I enjoyed. I did eat it, but will not make it again.
This dish is fabulous! There were no left over green beans when dinner was over. All the guys in my house loved it! I used organically grown green beans from my garden too. Definitely making it again.
So good! Doubled the feta and wine. It was a hit!
Amazing! Underrated. Made it once and my fam has been asking for it over and over again.
This was pretty good. I used queso fresco instead of feta since it’s another crumbly cheese and that’s what I had on hand. I also added some garlic powder cause I wasn’t picking up the wine so it needed some flavor.
Really yummy! Roasted the green beans and tomatoes and added some fresh thyme, we’ve made it 3 times this week, that’s how much we liked it!
Great flavourful recipe: colourful side dish for spring or summer. Beans needed longer to cook, but the combination of garlic, wine, red pepper and feta complimented the beans perfectly!
I really enjoyed the flavor of this recipe! (and I forgot to add the feta, so I’m sure with that it’s even better!)
Pretty good recipe and the flavor was nice, but the recipe needed a longer cook time.
This was a hit at our last family gathering. Thank you for the recipe! Great combination of flavors for feta lovers!
I started the Red peppers with garlic for about 30 seconds, then added the green beans; the rest followed as given.
MY neighbor gave me some fresh green beans today. I had everything on hand to make this recipe. Glad I did. These were really good.
Followed the recipe and loved them! Used a Chardonnay and loved the flavor it adds. Made them again a second time without the red bell pepper (didn’t have any) and they were still delicious.
It was delicious. Would definitely make again!
These were a wonderful way to spruce up green beans. My husband absolutely loved them and finished them in one sitting.
I added a splash of lemon to add a little more flavour. Everybody enjoyed it and it was simple to make.
very good, did not use red pepper.
I wouldn’t change a thing.
Made just as is…really, really good!
